ReelLucid ("we", "us") operates reellucid.com and provides AI-powered video processing services. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you use our service.

Information we collect

• Account information (name, email) when you sign in with Google
• Videos you upload for processing
• Brand profile data (business name, phone, service area)
• Usage data and billing information via Stripe

How we use your data

We use your data to process videos, generate reels, manage your account, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Video storage

Uploaded videos and exports are stored securely in Cloudflare R2. You can delete projects and associated files from your dashboard.
